I had an animal shipped to me via Airborne Express. They are the easiest to ship with, not any hassles very often when shipping live animals.
But they ended up having some sort of problem, and my animal ends being held overnight. The package was in Dallas! And the goofballs would not even let me come pick it up. Said it was not possible, BS because UPS will let you come pick up a belated package. As big a pain as shipping with them can be they at least allow this.
But at least the animal survived, and seems to be doing fine. But it just aggrevates the crap out of me when they pull this kind of stuff. I tried to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, just to be let down again. They have been late on delivery several times also. I'm definately going to be shipping with another company. They are not worth jeopardizing the welfare of the animals.

At least they let you come and pick it up. Even after going off on them, they refused, and the folks who shipped it called them. But to no availe. I mean the package was in Dallas for pete's sake, I could have been there in around a half hour. I agree they do SUCK!
