Well, I went to mist my female retic today, and guess who was missing. I had changed her to a new "under the bed" rubbermaid bin with clips on it. I guess when I got home last night and had her out, I didn't lock one the clips properly. I found her in about 15 minutes, but damn that put me into panick mode. I guess I'll be double checking my cages to make sure I locked them properly. Of course she was the only snake that I don't weigh down the top on... I've also got one of my "Quick Access" safes on top of her lid now for extra security.

Man, that sure sucks! At least you found her, though! I think I have forgotten to lock the tops a few times, and it's not cool to come home with no snake in cage :p

She's about 4.5 feet. Still small enough to find quite a few hiding spots.

It sucks when you have to. During the searching period you are wishing that you had Freedom Breeders, Neos, or AP cages. I'm just happy I found her so fast. At least she's happy right now with two hampsters in her belly. :D

Glad you found her. I had an ex-roommate whose bp got out. I found it about 4 mos. later in between the wash basin and drum in the washing machine. I had to tear my washing machine apart to get him out!
